The NotCo Not Burger is a pea protein based mock beef patty. Other ingredients include

oil, yeast, rice protein, cocoa powder, chia protein and spinach powder.

A box comes with 4 individually wrapped patties. The package recommends either skillet, grill, or bake cooking. I chose to bake in my toaster oven.

The flavor is great and I love how thick the patties are. I think flavorwise, it is definitely comparable to Impossible. But I think it's slightly juicier to bite into, partially because of the thickness but maybe the texture as well. I like that its a good source of protein, iron and other nutrients.

I enjoyed mine topped with avocado, hummus, broccoli microgreens, pickle mustard and ketchup.

I had a coupon to get this box of #burgers for free so I decided

to give it a try. Overall pretty good, but it had the taste and consistency of #roastbeef, not so much a burger. This is a very #thick patty. Tbh a little too thick for my liking lol.
Each patty has 270 calories, 16g #protein, 6g #fiber, and 20% daily sodium.
This wouldn't be my first choice if I wanted burgers, but definitely a solid choice and I'd recommend you try it. I love trying different brands and products so I can find what I like and don't like--and when something is amazing I will get it over and over again:)

When I first saw this burger at Grocery Outlet I decided to skip over it

as I enjoy Impossible meat and frankly got burned out from so many companies launching burgers…BUT eventually these were marked down to .99 so I decided it’s worth a try - plus I may just want a single burger some day rather than want to thaw a brick or pack.

The burger is good! It’s a bit thicker than I prefer for burgers, but the flavor and texture were good. It reminded me of the Beyond Burger without the odd signature taste. This makes sense as this burger is also primarily made from pea protein. I’d rank this as my second fave!

This product was pretty interesting. It’s made using AI to create a burger that is

very similar to a meat based burger, but by only using plants. Overall the burger had a neatly texture, but the texture came from little protein nuggets that were easily identifiable within the burger. (Swipe to see pictures of the protein nuggets). The burger did bleed. Overall it was a pretty decent burger, though I wasn’t a big fan of the bleeding or the protein nuggets. I would defiantly bring this to a barbecue for my non vegan friends to try, who knows maybe it might fool them.
