Leveraging the ambiguity of the #veganmeat 😙 I decided to experiment with it as a #veganpork alternative 🍖 and it worked perfectly 👌 The dish was a chilli salted fish pork. As expected, it was noticeably softer than a real carcass but that’s part of the appeal 😉 It’s a little fragile when cooked with too much liquid but it absorbed the flavours really well! Plus, you’ll never have to worry about it getting too hard 😏
It’s not the cheapest but I think I’ve seen it at the supermarket for RM11ish 🤔
With a gentle bite like this, I could see the likes of @dafnelately enjoying such a #meatalternative 😜
