mighty malties

One of my favourite cereals and much better than shredded - the wheats are thicker

and bigger and the malty flavour is much preferred. Great that this own brand is vegan as most aren’t. Very cheap and decent amount. #veganisnotscary

Tastes identical to shreddies. Very yummy and not too sweet

My little nephew loves this, one of the only cereal he has. #vegancereal
Low in

salt, whole grains and high in fibre.
I think it needs something sweet added whether it’s fresh fruit or a spoonful of sugar
