I don't use a lot of tofu. I bought this to make an omelette, which
I have not done yet. I do like that it is shelf stable so it won't go bad if I don't get around to using it right away.

#ecopackaging I got this only #forthedollar cause itās a little steep for #tofu and because
I screwed up my last batch by putting them in the fridge š¤¦āāļø So I proceeded to do the exact same thing this time. Luckily since it was only in the fridge for a couple days it did not fully freeze but they were already icicles in there (I could hear crackling as I opened the packaging) š§ Itās still weird to me that you need to keep it in room temperature but at least this time I thought the taste was pretty decent š As usual I just prepared #tofuscramble with it for breakfast - no pictures though š #veganuary #abillionhacks
