We finally made those boxed monster cookies I bought on a whim. I honestly don't

know why I needed to buy boxed cookies when I have an aspiring vegan baker as a daughter but here we are.

These cookies were very good and hard not to eat all of them in one go. It does call for nut butter to be added and you can definitely taste it.

I think for a monster cookie I expected different flavors or something but I guess it was more like a chocolate chip cookie that got fancy and had a vegan version of M&M's added to it. And then there is that peanut butter taste. But don't get me wrong they are delicious, I just feel it should be called Fancy Chocolate Chip Cookies, or maybe Overachiever Chocolate Chip Cookies, monster feels like it should have chunks of nuts and/or raisins added in too (though honestly I am so glad it doesn't as I wouldn't enjoy that 😂).

this baking mix is vegan but the directions call for eggs and butter. my

nephew discovered that vegan #proteinpowder is a great egg substitute and used vegan butter. they were delicious. how can you go wrong when #peanutbutterandchocolatebelongtogether
the instructions also call for peanut butter 😁

the mix contains both #chocolatechips and m&m type candies. they are especially good warm.

this box from costco had three bags of mix. i order from scratch but these really were good.
