These worked nicely in my vegan chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie recipe. Replaced the

regular call for butter with this plant based butter and used a flax egg instead of egg. 😊haven’t tried on its own. I usually prefer miyokos for that.

I think it’s great that products like this exist. There’s really no excuse not to

be vegan. Regardless of your “preferences”, there’s a vegan option.
