Well this is a one versatile vegan meat alternative! I can cook it fried and

in bbq sauce. It’s full of dried choplets that needs to be soaked in hot water for 30 minutes to make it soft and it expands 30% bigger than before.
I always cook it as nuggets where I season it with garlic powder, salt and pepper and add a good coat of cornstarch or all purpose flour. It also taste like chicken, but don’t worry the ingredients for this are from 3 plant based protein; corn, soy and wheat.
Very affordable and full of choplets. Worth the money.

An excellent tvp that is pretty versatile. It does have a slight tvp flavour but

can be easily remedied with rinsing. Great for curries and pulled pork.
