5 vegan choc chunk cookies

I’m afraid it’s a resounding no from me for these cookies.
They are a generous

size, that’s a positive but the texture is soft, the taste neutral and although there are plenty of chocolate chunks they don’t have any richness to them.
It’s the kind of vegan food item I feel has been made on sufferance, not by someone who relishes the prospect of baking a delicious non dairy cookie.
Raspberries, strawberries and vegan ice cream saved the day 😻
Marks and Spencer have a large baked goods section and this was the only vegan offering amongst all the cinnamon swirls and donuts and the like. I think with envy of the lovely selections some abillioners have featured particularly on the American University Campuses.
Come on M&S get it together!
