Gluten Free Wide Pan Whole Grain Bread

So this may be becoming a theme! But finding gluten free products, that are also free of other allergens is hard! Then to add finding a bread that toasts nicely and has a good texture and doesn’t cost an insane amount is hard! I’m thankful that Aldi’s carries something that meets all of those requirements!

I eat this bread all the time, I prefer it at least slightly toasted because otherwise it feels a little unnaturally dry. But as far as gluten free goes it's pretty good!

I think this is a decent gluten free bread. I think I prefer another brand that’s fluffier I guess but this one is okay too.
