First discovered #lairdsuperfood when the company was focused on hydrating drink mixes and coffee. Now
a days there are many more products to love such as this pancake and waffle mix. Typically I make my own mix, however when there was a new product on sale offered by this company I was intrigued to try it out.
It's easy to whip up a batch of delightfully light and fluffy pancakes with only four ingredients. I add about a tsp of ground cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture for even more flavor. Pictured is my first attempt at using a griddle set to 300° F for about two minutes per side.
Gluten-free, no high refined sugars, and no preservatives nor artificial flavors.
