Forgot to post this back at home. This is going to be an occasional treat

but won’t make it to my heavy rotation only due to the low protein. I am currently trying a higher protein diet. But this is tasty if you’re looking for a good yogurt! #veganisnotscary

Great, classic vanilla yogurt. Definitely shake before you open, otherwise it’s very watery at first.

It took a lot of stirring to get it smooth since it has a jello consistency at first. The flavor is great though and is awesome with some granola. I do prefer the Silk vanilla yogurt over this though. Price: 4 for $5 at Sprouts

Kite hill is one of the most expensive yogurt/cheese brands. It’s delicious but I don’t
