This is much cheaper than the vegetable stock I usually buy. I got this from
ShengSiong. I used the recommended dilution of 1 cube in 500mL of water, and it made my soup savory. #veganisnotscary

BEHOLD what is basically a #vegan #chickenflavour #stockcube 🙌 I’ve had dry a few other
mushroom stock powders but none compare to this glorious product 🥹 I guess the addition of the #seaweed makes a big difference 😙
It works so well in my many Chinese-style gravies. Exhibit A is a tofu side dish in my regular rotation 😋 The multi-dimensional flavouring was exactly what I needed to make the base of my mushroom porridge 🥣 (cuz let’s face it… 😏 you can never have too mushroom 🍄🟫) Possibly best of all, it perfectly imbued the umami I was looking for in my dry mee sua dish 🤪
