It is a gastronomic experience to sample this Hu bar. Made with 70% cacao, you’ll
find very, very soft and slightly dry cashew butter covered in a rich dark chocolate that is lightly sweetened.
Each compostable package has 8 pieces. 1/2 a package (30g) gives you 190 calories, 13g of fat (7g saturated fat from cocoa butter), 15g of carbohydrates and 3g of protein. The ingredients list is minimal and uses organic and fair trade ingredients.
I had seen these at Whole Foods, but at $6.69 a bar, it was just too expensive for me. Luckily, I subsequently saw them on sale at ShopRite for $3.99, normally $4.89.

i wasn’t expecting there to be an actual cashew butter filling!! the cashew butter is
so good. my first great impression from Hu chocolates. i need to try more of their flavors.
i appreciate that they don’t use refined sugars but also any sugar alcohols or erythritol. pretty. cool that they use real vanilla bean instead of extracts and it’s fair trade of course. as is both the cocoa and cashews. i do recomened this brand but they can be expensive.
