These meatballs were pretty good. I wish I had tried them before I added a
sauce, as it was harder to tell what they actually tasted like! I served them over cheezy (just added nooch) polenta and made a quick sweet and sour sauce. It was an easy and yummy dinner. Next time I would put the polenta over kale or chard. Would probably buy these again.
