These ground no-beef crumbles are good and easy to prepare! They have a finer texture
than the Beyond Beef crumbles, and are more reddish in color. As it turns out, that is not taco seasoning, but rather “2% or less of caramel color.”
I made some stuffed savory pastries with these crumbles, but would definitely use them again for tacos, pasta sauce, and so on.
Also, they’re high in protein!
