Roasted Pepper Falafel

These were on special at PnP for R50 and so glad I saw them as

they worked so well in our wraps today together with avo, roasted sweet potato, lettuce, grated carrot and some vegan mayo. #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary

It's really tasty. Great with salad, hummus and tahini

Great falafel. Like all their faffels, it is very light and not dense. It does

have a pepper flavour. Nice!

Pros: quick and easy to prepare, high in protein, not highly processed, decent taste

Cons:

I can’t get them to a good level of crispiness - neither microwave nor pan frying as per the box’s instructions have achieved the desired result

I really like falafel and the flavour of these is pretty good 🫑🧆 I hope the next time I make them they turn out better. I love the convenience of cooking them from frozen in a few minutes, so definitely a handy purchase!
