This sad block of #soy skin is pretty good! Cooking instructions are either to fry

it, stir fry it or put it in #soup. I had it for #hotpot, so I did the latter. It’s got a soft spongy texture and took less than a few seconds to cook. No overpowering soy flavour 😏

I love the versatility of these frozen #beancurd products. Though I usually fry them to

a crisp, I put this one into my bak kut teh noodle soup ☺ It absorbed the flavour really well.

I love these!!! Super basic product that is great for using as a base. Add

whatever sauce you like on these and it will absorb the sauce really well into its many layers.
I like to airfry each piece whole and then slice it after it’s cooked so it will be crispy outside but soft inside and absorb sauces rly well.
Try it with sweet and sour sauce (tomato sauce, sugar, some lemon juice) topped with toasted sesame seeds. Or simply drizzle on some light soy sauce for taste👌👌
