I don't really know what to make of it. It's an alternative to spread or

cream cheese. But it doesn't taste fresh. It is very rich because of the cashews and has a thick spreadable consistency. It is pleasantly spiced. But you don't notice much of the herbs. The price is high, but I can't say whether it is justified. Maybe other varieties are better...

Finally I found a good vegan cheese alternative! Happy Cashew Greek herbs is a vegan

cheese based on cashews and typical Mediterranean herbs like garlic, basil, parsley, thyme. The ingredients are organic and GMO-free. The texture is creamy and soft. Only the color is not as white as on the picture of packaging. But the taste is good! Of course the herbs are intense but for me this a perfect choice because I love Mediterranean Food. So far the best cheese alternative I have tried! Way better and authentic than cheese alternative alternatives based on coconut oil (for my taste they are way too sweet)
