This is cream cheese made from fermented cashew nuts, seasoned with porcini mushroom and thyme
😋 It is raw, vegan and free from any additives. It is also super delicious and healthy, as it provides live probiotics. There are other tastes/seasonings as well as a natural one. It is made in Bulgaria and can be found only there, as far as I know 🤔
Good news is you could also make something similiar at home (so I have heard) by fermenting ground cashew nuts with yogurt cultures....Will definitely be attempting that in the near future 💪🙌
