#aloha I was so excited to find a vegan yogurt culture. It's easy to use
(I used freshly made soy milk but think I'll try macadamia nut milk next time.) There are 4 packets of starter in each box. I used my Instant Pot's yogurt setting and let the yogurt ferment a little longer than the instructions recommended for added thickness. The extra culture packets can be stored in the freezer. If you've been wanting to make your own vegan yogurt, give it a try.
