For anyone looking for a delicious vegan pancake/waffle mix with clean ingredients, I highly recommend

Coconut Whisk. All you need to do to make the mix is add water, which is great for people who aren’t good cooks (like myself). This mix is also gluten free and made with brown rice and chickpea flour!

This really is perfect pancake mix! The pancakes are so fluffy and delicious, and I’m

looking forward to making it next time I’m backpacking since you only need to add water! My only complaint is that this is pretty pricey. #veganisnotscary
