Great to see healthy vegan instant ramen which has only 347kcal per serving and little
fat content (2.2g!). Super easy to prepare and noodles are non-fried and have good texture when cook.
BUT... the soup is missing so many elements that I wouldn't call this ramen soup. No depth, no umami, no complexity. When I tried the soup I thought it's just pure soy sauce and looked at the list of ingredients to check.
I managed to improve the flavor by adding this and that and topped with veggies and Kimchi. But hey manufacturer, you can spend a little more time in R&D to make ramen ramen🙏
