I kinda grew up eating/drinking the canned mushroom soup (which was unbelievably thick n creamy...at that time) from Campbell's - it used to be my fav :'( Back then I never knew how much direct suffering I was causing to our fellow endearing cows 🥺 i am sorry

Got this from the clearance section. Something I might not have gotten if it wasn't half off. Explicitly 'vegan' claim #forthedollar.
Made a bolognaise with this and the Harvest Gourmet mince that I have had in my freezer for quite a while. Turned out pretty flavourful, and the stock probably went a ways towards contributing to that. It's more pricey than say making your own stock or just using stock cubes, but it is pretty convenient.

Hard to say how this tasted because you don't buy #vegetablestock to consume on its
own 😅 I mixed this into my tomato sauce for pasta and the result didn't give me anything to complain about. So that's four stars, I guess? 🤨
