I love to use this to make #chickpea #fries, #quiche, etc. The chickpea fries I

Instead of oil, I substituted it for #aquafaba and it turned out amazing! Though, I did spray on some olive oil when it was done baking so the seasonings I added on top would stick (I used Cajun, it was a bit spicy 🥵). I also made a sauce for dipping. It was just made of #veganmayo, #ketchup and #mustard. I didn’t use any measurements.

Bob’s Red Mill is an #employeeowned company. They make various flours, #oats, and mixes. I bought it in bulk (box of four bags, 16-oz each) on #amazon because my nearest grocery store didn’t carry chickpea flour at the time (I’m not sure if they do still. I haven’t checked in a while). I bought it for $15. That comes out to about $3.75 per bag. This #chickpeaflour has 5g of #dietaryfiber, 5g of #protein, 32mg of #calcium, 2mg of #iron and 366mg of #potassium.

I use Bob's Red Mill chickpea flour in a lot of different recipes. I add

it to vital wheat gluten to make the seitan a bit more tender, and we love to make farinata or socca. I particularly like it as an egg substitute for dishes like omelettes and as a quiche filling.
For this spinach and vegan feta quiche, I used a combination of chickpea flour with some silken tofu to get a perfectly creamy, custardy filling.

Unos de mis indispensables, harina de garbanzos.
Lo uso para tortillas, queques, hamburguesas, pancakes, galletas… Es

espectacular. Se puede usar para muchas preparaciones y todas quedan con una textura genial.
Es la primera vez que pruebo la de Bob’s res mill, la encontré en Jumbo. Me gusta los envases de los productos de esta marca, vienen tipo ziploc.
En la ultima foto son unas galletas que hice en la noche, y quedaron INCREÍBLES, crujientes por fuera y chewy por dentro. Son muy rápidas y fácil de hacer.

No idea why I was extra hungry this morning and all of sudden craved chickpea

pancake like crazy🥞. Thank goodness I found a bag of #chickpea flour😮‍💨
There was a period that I ate this alllll the time. It’s easy to make, like all pancakes, and a good way to incorporate a bunch of veggies in a comforting (still healthy) way. This time I used sweet peppers, arugula, asparagus, onion, garlic and some spices🌶🌿🎋🧅🧄
It’s hard to tell from the pic but it’s giant, mostly bc I didn’t have patience to make 2 smaller ones, that’s how hungry I was😅
Highly recommend to anyone who likes savory breakfast, or lunch, or dinner😉 Not only is chickpea flour #glutenfree (duh), it’s also rich in minerals and folate🩸. Since it’s made of legume, it’s also more filling than regular flour, has less impact on blood sugar, hence sustains the energy longer💪🏼

I’m a huge fan of anything made by Bob’s Red Mill. This very fresh, perfectly

milled chickpea flour worked great in this Lasagna Verde recipe. My attempt does not really resemble the photo in the recipe- but it tasted devine regardless #bobsredmill #kitchenexperiments #chickpeaflour
