Instead of oil, I substituted it for #aquafaba and it turned out amazing! Though, I did spray on some olive oil when it was done baking so the seasonings I added on top would stick (I used Cajun, it was a bit spicy 🥵). I also made a sauce for dipping. It was just made of #veganmayo, #ketchup and #mustard. I didn’t use any measurements.
Bob’s Red Mill is an #employeeowned company. They make various flours, #oats, and mixes. I bought it in bulk (box of four bags, 16-oz each) on #amazon because my nearest grocery store didn’t carry chickpea flour at the time (I’m not sure if they do still. I haven’t checked in a while). I bought it for $15. That comes out to about $3.75 per bag. This #chickpeaflour has 5g of #dietaryfiber, 5g of #protein, 32mg of #calcium, 2mg of #iron and 366mg of #potassium.
