This is a great #allergyfriendly item to keep on hand. It is 17 carbs for
one bar for anyone with #type1diabetes looking for a fix it might be a bit high, though they work well for my daughter when extra active to help her keep steady.
It has a birthday cake flavor and is a tasty little granola bar, but emphasis on the word little. On Amazon I can get them for about a dollar a bar which feels a little steep for the size. However with friends with nut allergies it is something we keep on hand for safe snack options, but it is not a daily snack.
