These cake slices are a tasty little treat - emphasis on “little” because they’re tiny!!
My boyfriend and I had one each but if you had them to yourself it would be hard to resist having both. The base layer is made of coconut and almond, the middle layer is a soft cranberry and roasted cashew ganache, and the topping is white chocolate flavoured with berries sprinkled on top. The base was softer than I expected but tasted almost healthy, the filling is really soft and has a good flavour, and the topping adds some extra sweetness. They’re not exactly healthy, but they’re not the most unhealthy sweet treat out there. I think we got this packet of two slices for £1 in Sainsbury’s which is an okay price, and I’d like to try their other flavours too.

Wow! Just wow. The moistest Berry/nut cake slice I’ve tried yet. I’ve found other other
cakes with a fruit or nut base to be too crumbly, but not this one. The flavours work really well together too. Bought in Lidl so was reasonably priced - will be in store again to try the other flavour. Buy these cake slices
