Lentil Vegetable Soup

Good option for an easy, warming dinner after a long work day topped off by an empty fridge. For me, this works as a serving for one if i add some bread to the meal. The soup is pretty chunky and doesn’t contain much brothy matter, but i like seeing the lentils and the veggies in there.

A staple in my cupboard! Delicious and flavourful and full of lots of veg! Easy lunch for cozy fall days.

This soup was a bit of a let down. It was kind of bitter and didn’t have much flavor, so I probably wouldn’t recommend but at least it’s healthy

This is one of their best soups along w hearty minestrone! But yeah, all of Amy's is pricy. I get it's an "organic" brand, but come on... :/ 

Delicious,  but honestly not fair how the prices compare to other soups... plants should not cost more than death.
