I bought these black olives in Ametller Origen. They are pretty salty. I tried them

in salads and pastas and maybe I recommend you wouldn't add any extra salt if you are putting them in the mix as well. I tried them also in a tomato sauce that i blended and they added a nice touch! The glass jar is not filled with water up to the top, so I think it's better to eat them within a week or two.
