This balsamic vinegar is given to me every year at Christmas and I really appreciate
it.
It's concentrated and just a drop is enough to make special a dish like a risotto or vegetables. Also great on skewers of caramelized fruit.

I am lucky enough to receive this balsamic vinegar as a gift every Christmas.
The small
cruet, designed by the famous designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, contains 100 ml of vinegar.
It is truly exceptional, just a few drops are enough to enhance any dish.
12 years of aging! Good things take time.
