Natto is basically fermented soy bean and it is super nutritious. However, you will either

love it or hate it (like durian 😂). The taste of this brand is actually quite mild as I have tried natto with stronger fermented taste/scent. Good for beginner who's interested to try natto.

This doesn't have bonito extract unlike most. Sauce was yuzu but I couldn't really taste

it. The goey part of the natto became thicker than usual after mixing. Still searching for one that has mustard and is vegan.
