I made French Toast & it tasted spot-on. The bread didn't crisp as much as
I was expecting though, I think that that likely has to do with pan heat & cooking time, so more experimentation is needed. #mercyforanimals

This is an amazing product to use as an egg replacer for all kinds of
baked goods, cakes, slices etc. Hard to find in Melbourne, I usually buy it when I go to the US. #alv
