Sweet potato leaves in a coconut based gravy. The gravy had just the right amount

of thickness and flavour without being overwhelmingly spicy. A great way to get in your dose of leafy greens too 🥬 and goes well with other side dishes and rice

Cassava leaves cooked and simmered in a coconut gravy. Super coconutty and creamy, the vegetables

Wow #cassava leaves! And cooked in a #santan #curry, who would have thought 😯 The

leaves were actually quite clumpy, so a bowl like this isn't necessarily great for sharing among many. The curry had a beautiful creamy flavour (thanks to the #coconutmilk, even if I do wish it were more spicy 😅) and I liked the texture of the whole thing 🙂


Coconut soup with cassava leaves 🥥 Honestly one of my favourite vegetables ever because of

course it debuts in my favourite pansuh, but it’s amazing in dishes like this too 🍃 The #curry is simple, not spicy & if anything it’s a soothing warm that relaxes you. This is especially good with lontong so I’d recommend the combination. I was sharing this so I didn’t suggest the mix to get our money’s worth but do give it a shot! A #funfact though while I’m at it; I’m not sure how much credence there is to it but the #Bidayuh of Borneo allegedly have a higher incidence stomach cancer due to the high amount of cyanide in the leaves of the cassava plant but others tout that it can be used to cure cancer 🦀 I wouldn’t worry about it though, just though it’s fun to share~ You probably won’t find yourself eating as much dawŭ bandung as we do ✨

This was recommended by the staff, I didn't find it as fantastic as they claimed

but it was still nice. $8.90, no additional charges thankfully. I'm not sure what this green veggie is, it's pretty unique, not so used to it but it's not bad. The curry was delicious and barely spicy, and had a few potatoes inside. A nice side to get your veggies in for the meal. Had it with the lemak rice which was a good fragrant choice but got slightly overpowered by the curry. Good meal with @roa5t #vegbuddies
