This was my favorite non pasta dish of the night. I love their Tortugas and
this one was exceptional! The #walnut meat was so moist and seasoned so well, and there was so much of it in the Tortuga! It could easily have been overly dry but this was not at all, probably helped by the delicious #vodkasauce and two types of #cheeze. The tortilla was also grilled so well - it was still so soft but had a little bit of crispiness too. Very reasonably priced at $13 and it is a good sized portion. Highly recommend.
