Such a tasty appetizer for the #italian week at two dollar radio HQ! The #breadsticks

were nice and dense and cooked well so they had a little crispiness but weren't overly hard or crunchy, even as leftovers the next day. The #pesto was so flavorful and creamy and great for dipping. The #cashewcheese was also nice and creamy though didnt have a ton of overt flavor, but that's kind of how mozzarella is too so it was perfect. You could make your own caprese sandwich with this platter!

I had two of these breadstick plates🤣 I ordered one as an appetizer while working

with @kristig and then later had it as part of the "Tour of Italy" which came with two main dishes, a breadstick plate and two sides for $50. So splitting that was a great value. (thank you @edav334 )

I seriously recommend ordering this with your meal or before. The breadsticks make a great addition to your plate and the almond pesto and cashew cheese are delicious. @twodollarradiohq has the BEST nut-based #vegan cheeses. I don't know how they make them so creamy. The breadsticks are soft and buttery and I believe made my Happy Little Treats as well. I added leftovers to my salad and leftover pasta the next day and it was delicious. It's also perfect to order for the table to add to their main dishes!
