A simple yet delicious sandwich that tastes extremely fresh and earth-y. Being a huge veggie

nerd, I find this dish extremely palatable even though my mum doesn’t think so đŸ€“ I absolutely love the presentation which is a huge win. This is a reminder that you need to eat your colours!

This dish includes smashed avocado, mixed arugula, beetroot, carrots, portobello mushrooms, and hummus in between some charcoal bread, served with a side of purple sweet potato chips.

My favorite sandwich from TBR Bakery, love the portobello and hummus combination. Yum 😋

Throwback to my first (and only) lunch with a new colleague before HA happened. My

company gave me $100 capitaland vouchers so i decided to use it on TBB as I had wanted to try this for a long time. đŸ€Ł

It was a generous portion of sandwich, filled with fresh veggies, hummus, mushrooms on thick slab of charcoal sandwich. Taste was average in my opinion as I felt that it would be better if they had toasted the bread and provide more hummus to enhance the flavour. They served this with purple sweet potato chips which was good. (Seems to be homemade)

For the price, I would not get this again. Think it is more of a one-try and thats it. Amazing job on presentation though!

First, there was no perceivable difference in taste for the bread being charcoal vs regular

bread, Even the texture was pretty similar so for the bread, it’s more of a colour perception đŸ–€đŸž

The main bulk of the sandwich was chocked full with vegetables like carrots, beets, lettuce đŸ„ŹđŸ„•The veggies had a banging great taste fresh, a little sour/pickled with a kind of hollandaise sauce (without the egg yolks)

Get a side of chips (or crisps, whichever you say) which is lightly salted but really crispy!

My one complaint is that there is only protein from hummus in this which makes it less nutritious and satiating for me despite the high veggie content~
