An interesting concept (if messy to eat!) The staff at this place still don't understand
what "vegan" means (3 different waiters told me this dish was/was not vegan) but the menu is extensively labelled for vegetarians and strict vegans. The cheese sauce was good and the purple potato gave it an interesting flavour.
