A very interesting dish made with a hemp pizza base, topped with fresh coconut whipped
cream and a variety of red berries. Simple but clever. It tasted super delicious. My only issue with this was that the base was a bit hard to tear - so it made the eating experience complicated. Also, the coconut whip cream started to melt pretty fast. There were just minor issues though - I felt the dish was still amazing!
