The texture was great, nice and crunchy and the aioli is good too. Unfortunately the

chips were so heavily breaded they only tasted like breadcrumbs and oil. I couldn’t finish it because the oil soaked breadcrumbs were so overpowering that I felt really uncomfortable by the time I had my 5th chip.

Way too much breadcrumbs, couldn't even taste the eggplant which is of course the best

part of the dish and arguably the best vegetable ever. The whole thing was very heavy and oily and hard to eat. Disappointing for eggplant chips.
