When I stumbled upon the newly opened Tanglin Cookhouse at PLQ, I was surprised to
find that they offer a selection of vegan options on their menu. I ordered a refreshing virgin strawberry mojito, some fries, and their vegan big brekkie.
The service was good, but I did find the prices to be on the higher side, and while the food was decent, it didn't exceed my expectations. Nevertheless, I was thrilled to see vegan options available, as it's still uncommon to find many places in the neighbourhood offering plant-based meals (which still shocks me in this day and age). However, I believe they could enhance their culinary creativity.
Despite that, I'm looking forward to returning because of the added bonus that they allow dogs in their outside seating area.
