Wow! We get this battered and fried tofu whenever we go to #shisenhanten and this

time they brought it out on the most beautiful handmade platter. I love coming here, never know what surprises they'll have in store for me! This is one of my favorite dishes on the menu and a perfect way to start the meal!

Omg this was delicious! Very high quality tofu, silken and melting under your tongue, the

batter was thin and crispy and so good! flavours exploding in your mouth with every bite. Simply beautiful! I would eat them at the start as they are not as nice once they cool down.

This is delicious! Very lightly battered with Japanese style panko and garlic and perfectly seasoned

with salt and pepper!
