Only open at lunchtime, and the all you can eat salad buffet for ¥1000 is
it the one dish that all customers get. All other items on the menu are optional add-ons. The Buffay has a choice of 40 items, including leaves, greens, vegetables and beans, tofu, sprouts, dried vegetables, and a large selection of dressings.
