This was a breakfast dish comprised of samples of three different dishes. From left to
right, they are Kitfo (pea protein crumble), enkulal firfir (mung bean), dirkosh firfir (tomato and onion mixed with injera bread). Served with additional injera bread. The kitfo and dirkosh firfir come with cashew yogurt on top. Everything tasted amazing, and the kitfo and enkulal firfir in particular were standouts. The kitfo tastes like ground meat, and the enkulal firfir reminded me of Just Egg (mung bean). Portion size was suitable for breakfast or lunch.
