Found this after searching high and low for a vegetarian Bánh mì in Saigon and
it was very disappointing. Just a huge chunk of grilled Tofu with a tomato sauce slathered on the bread, the only good thing was the quality of bread itself. Some fresh vegetables and herbs could have added much needed flavor and texture to this.
