This was a great salad- full of lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds (and others that
I’m not sure the name of), and avocado, it was very satisfying and refreshing. It came with a yogurt dressing (this would make it vegetarian) but there was so much avocado I just mashed it up and used that as the dressing!
