Pretty nice. It comes with fresh tomato salsa, chipotle salsa, grilled corn, jalapeños, toasted sunflower
seeds, coriander, and delicious guacamole. Nachos were nice and crunchy too. A really solid dish, but I’m not a fan of the pickled jalapeños – their sourness clashes with the sourness from the lime from the salsas. I should mention that this is from their vegan menu, so when you order make sure it’s the vegan Paco’s Tacos.
