We were so excited to find this 100% vegan food truck on #saltspringisland! Their name
and branding is genius! I couldn’t pass up their blueberry and lemon waffles, as it’s so rare to find sweet vegan breakfast options that are #nutfree! These waffles were soft and chewy, and came with homemade blueberry compote and lemon cream. The combination of flavours was absolutely divine!! I could have eaten a whole bowl of the lemon cream with a spoon!! I can’t wait to try and replicate this at home. I loved how they had a whole seating area set up, included some protected under cover for colder days. Highly recommend this food truck if you are ever in the area! #veganbreakfast #waffles #whatveganseat
