I really like that the ingredients were not too salty or oily. the zhai er
was still crispy despite this having been kept for a while. the veg char siew was quite nice and soft, I enjoyed it even though I don't usually like mock meat. not sure if it tastes like real char siew hahahha. this was a very filling meal :-D
