Besides choice of nori for the maki wrap, there is also a soy wrap! Tried
it for first time and probably will be the last time because it pales so much in comparison to the nori seaweed wrap!! It was quite tasteless and didn't really hold the rice together well by sticking nicely to the rice like nori does. Stick with nori!! Otherwise, makisan is every improving in terms of providing vegetarian and vegan options. The meatless burger patty is from Quorn if not mistaken but unfortunately it's not vegan as it contains egg white, so choose the other ingredients! Just let them know you are vegan and they'll let you know which category to pick extra from (besides Special).
