The dumplings were very good. Skins were not too thick and the fillings were somethings
like very finely shredded turnips or some kind of root veg. The housemade sauce was not special, maybe just soy sauce with a little sweet chilli or something like that. Very plain. Black vinegar and chilli oil can be a better alternative.
