This is a new item that will be added to their new menu in a
few weeks. Their vegan poutine gravy is prepared separately. They use Daiya cheese instead of cheese curds. I added green peppers, mushrooms, and onions to this. So happy to find a vegan version of this classic Canadian dish! #poutine
